What shipping methods are available?
We offer the following shipping method: DPD courier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2-3 working days to Germany and Austria.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs start at €9 for deliveries to Germany and Austria . The exact price will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above a certain value. The current minimum order value is displayed in the shopping cart.
Can I change the delivery address or combine orders?
If your order status is "accepted" and the package has n't been shipped yet , you can still make a change. Write to info@lynia.de and include your order number . Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after shipment.
How can I track my shipment?
After shipment, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link .
Do you use environmentally friendly packaging?
Yes. We use cardboard packaging , biodegradable filler materials , and recycled paper . We recommend proper waste separation (see section 5.10).
