In case of damage to goods during transport:
Complaints should be reported by e-mail to info@lynia.de or in writing to the company's correspondence address. We consider each case individually within 14 days from the date of notification.
Before accepting the shipment, always check if it has been damaged in transit. The Customer has the right to inspect the contents of the shipment in the presence of the postman or courier. If damage to the shipment or its contents is found, a report must be drawn up in the presence of the delivery person. The report must be signed by the deliverer of the shipment and may form the basis for a complaint.
If the purchased goods turn out to have manufacturing defects or are inconsistent with the description, please contact the store by sending an email to: info@lynia.de. Each Customer will be informed about the procedure in their individual case.
Within 14 days of submitting the complaint, the Customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone about the outcome of the complaint procedure.

In case of complaint:
The basis for accepting a complaint is the Customer presenting any proof of purchase of the goods. All complaints should be submitted by e-mail to the store's address: info@lynia.de or in writing sent to the company's address.

The Customer is obliged to check the contents of the shipment in the presence of the postman or courier or upon collection from a parcel locker. If damage to the shipment or its contents or any quantitative shortages are found, a report must be drawn up in the presence of the delivery person or notes must be entered during collection from the parcel locker. The report should be signed by the deliverer of the shipment and may form the basis for a complaint.

In case of return:
Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, the Customer has the right to return them without giving a reason as part of the withdrawal from the contract, according to the general principles arising from the regulations regarding distance contracts (excluding goods regulated by Article 10 paragraph 3 point 5). The right to withdraw from a distance contract is granted in the case of consumer sales and also in the case of sales to a sole proprietorship for purposes not related to its business. The course of the product return procedure:
The Customer should return the purchased product in an unchanged condition with all its contents and proof of purchase. The returned product must not have damaged warranty seals or rings.
The product should be carefully packaged and secured so that it is not damaged during transport.
The shipment of the returned product is at the Customer's expense.
The Customer should attach a written statement to the shipment containing information about the desire to return the product (a statement of withdrawal from a distance contract) along with a description of the non-conformity, as well as the account number to which the refund will be transferred. The return form was attached to the e-mail with the status "Shipment sent" or can be downloaded from the store's website in the "Complaints and Returns" tab.
The store does not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery.
Within 3 business days of receiving the shipment, the Customer will be informed of the Store's decision regarding the return.
If no contraindications are noted, information about the positive processing of the product return will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address. Then, a refund will be made to the attached account number within 3 days, or in the case of payment by payment card, the refund will be made directly to the card.
If the product return is rejected (due to product damage or signs of use), the Customer will be informed about this by sending a message to the indicated e-mail address. Within 7 days, the product will be sent back to the indicated return address. The store will cover the shipping costs.
The Store responds to the Customer's complaint within 14 days from the moment of returning the goods along with a description of the non-conformity.
If the processing of a justified complaint involves sending the Customer new goods or removing the non-conformity, the delivery costs are borne by the Store.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Customer in the following cases:
for services with properties specified by the Customer in their order or closely related to their person,
for services which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose subject matter is perishable.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at: LOGIS-TECH ul. Slowackiego 1, 55-095 Mirkow, Poland, you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, which result from the weight of the shipment and the price of the transport service provided, e.g., by Polish Post
Please remember that the right of return does not apply if the warranty seals or rings have been broken or damaged!
Note: Regardless of the store's decision regarding the complaint or return, you have the possibility to pursue your rights or claims before a common court or through so-called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods.
