Salicylic Acid 2% Mask is recommended for the care of acne-prone, seborrheic and blemish-prone skin. It exfoliates and cleanses, reduces the number of blackheads and discoloration. Evens out the structure of acne scars.

INGREDIENTS:

Salicylic acid is an exfoliant that belongs to the group of beta-hydroxy acids (BHA), has exfoliating properties, prevents the formation of blackheads, and has bacteriostatic and antifungal effects. It supports the fight against discoloration and helps in the elimination of minor acne scars. It reduces fine wrinkles and improves the elasticity and hydration of the skin.

Salicylic acid acts more gently compared to AHA acids, which is why side effects such as burning, stinging and excessive peeling of the skin are less frequent during its use. It can be a good solution for people who do not tolerate AHA acids.

Due to its bactericidal properties and the fact that it dissolves in fats, it has the ability to penetrate deep into the hair follicles through the sebum layer and prevents the formation of blackheads - this is a very important property in the treatment of acne. Therefore, it is an ideal solution for people with acne-prone and seborrheic skin.

The acid is also recommended for dry skin with the problem of clogged pores (T-zone), as it does not have drying properties.

Properties of salicylic acid:

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Products with salicylic acid should not be used by people allergic to salicylates, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

During salicylic acid treatment, do not use tanning beds or sunbathe. The use of stable filters with a high level of protection is mandatory.
